We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Forest Park Apartments in Kansas City, MO ! Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER! Location: Forest Park Apartments 4621 NE Winn Rd Kansas City, MO 64117 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks

Requirements

HVAC experience required
EPA certification required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years’ experience in the maintenance field
1+ year experience within the multi-family housing industry preferred
Experience managing 1+ employees
Drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
Experience with light plumbing and electrical work
Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)

Nice To Haves

CPO certification a plus
1+ year experience within the multi-family housing industry preferred

Responsibilities

Ensuring that work orders are being completed and assigned to team members based on priority
Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
Monthly budget analysis with Property Manager
Manage and maintain a consistent preventative maintenance program
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Managing bids and planning major repairs from third party vendors
