About The Position

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at our 122-unit community in Jackson, TN . This is a high-priority, immediate hire —we’re looking for someone who can step in confidently, lead a team, and keep the property running at its best from day one. Requirements

  • 4+ years of maintenance experience (apartment/multifamily preferred)
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
  • HVAC & EPA Certification REQUIRED
  • Reliable, proactive, and ready to take ownership immediately

  • CPO Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and complete work orders & apartment turns
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry
  • Lead and execute preventive maintenance programs
  • Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members
  • Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal needs (including snow removal)
  • Partner with Property Manager on projects, budgets, and capital improvements
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
