About The Position
Maintenance Supervisor Lead with Hands-On Impact Must be EPA/HVAC certified and bilingual Spanish preferred Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5pm. Requirements
- Proven maintenance background with leadership ability.
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve.
- Positive leadership style and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities
- Lead, schedule, and mentor your maintenance team.
- Manage preventive maintenance and complex repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and property standards.
- Oversee inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Jump in with hands-on expertise when needed.
- Manage purchase orders.
- Manage work orders (via Entrata).
