Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
About The Position
Apartment Maintenance Supervisor 💲 Starting at $30.00 per hour, based on experience 📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call availability Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and general maintenance Manage unit turnover and move-in/move-out processes Oversee work order systems, ensuring timely completion and accurate updates Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs Coordinate and schedule contractors, vendors, and third-party services Execute routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment and property life Collaborate with the Property Manager on project updates, unit turns, and work order progress Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational goals Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: HVAC Certification strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations Strong time management and prioritization skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Superior customer service skills, with professionalism in handling resident concerns Comfort with technology and work order management systems Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in residential multifamily or facility maintenance Why Join WPM? ✅ Competitive pay with bonus opportunities ✅ Health, dental, and vision insurance ✅ Paid time off and holiday pay ✅ 401(k) retirement plan with company match ✅ Career growth, development, and training opportunities ✅ Company-paid certifications that support career growth ✅ Rental discounts for eligible full-time associates who choose to live at a WPM property ✅ Phone allowance provided #IND2
Requirements
