Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems)
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team
• Hands-On Skills in: Drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Hands-On Skills in: Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipe)
• Hands-On Skills in: Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
• Hands-On Skills in: Appliance repair (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)
• Hands-On Skills in: Water heater repair (gas and electric)

Nice To Haves

• EPA Certification
• CPO Certification

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently
• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning
• Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed
