About The Position

Maintenance Supervisor Lead with Hands-On Impact Must be HVAC or EPA and CPO certified. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Some after hours and weekends for emergencies. On-call rotation 1 week on / 2 weeks off when fully staffed. About the Role Our Maintenance Supervisors set the tone for excellence. Requirements

• Proven maintenance background with leadership ability.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve.
• Positive leadership style and team-first mindset.

Nice To Haves
