About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be managing AND working:
✔️ Work orders 📝
✔️ Unit turns 🔁
✔️ Snow removal ❄️
✔️ Grounds & curb appeal 🌳

Requirements

• 2+ years maintenance experience (1+ in multifamily preferred)
• Supervisory/lead experience
• HVAC hands-on skills or certification preferred
• EPA certification preferred
• CPO certification a plus
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen and valid Drivers License required
• Physical skills demo required during interview
