About The Position

MS is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent for its Las Colinas at Black Canyon property, which has 304 apartment units in Phoenix, AZ. The company manages approximately 13,500 luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments across 36 properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a personality that drives high productivity. The company is willing to train applicants with transferable sales experience, as well as those with prior leasing experience. The role involves providing an outstanding living experience and the highest level of resident service. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
English writing skills
Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge
Managing your calendar of appointments
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
Good communication skills
Confident sales skills and personality to yield high productivity
Organized and responsible
Take pride in your work

Benefits

Hourly pay rate: $17.00 - $20.00 + leasing bonus
Full-time work schedule (40 hours)
1 and sometimes 2 weekend days (rotated occasionally by request)
Some Holidays included in rotating schedule, with another paid day off during the same payroll period
Payroll every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee)
