Apartment Leasing Agent
About The Position
We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will: · Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm · Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance · Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation · Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects · Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement · Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations · Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement · Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks · Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
- Stable work history
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
