About The Position
Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Agent for our apartment community located in San Antonio, TX. This position is Hourly + Commissions
Requirements
- Customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred (not required)
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone
- Give apartment tours and highlight community features
- Process applications and lease paperwork
- Build relationships with current and future residents
- Help meet leasing and occupancy goals
- Support resident events and community engagement
