Vineyard Spring is a gorgeous 364 unit property that is located off Blanco on 1604 access road. Exterior recently renovated including paint, signage, amenities and interior currently under renovation with adding granite countertops.

Requirements

Supervisory experience (knowledge, skills and abilities) as multifamily property management Lead Maintenance is REQUIRED
HVAC Certification is REQUIRED
Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Effectively train and guide other service staff through the course of the work day. Work as a team leader
Assist with completing service requests
Assist team with make readies and upgrading apartments; efficiently and effectively scheduling team, assuring that work orders and make readies are completed correctly in a timely manner
Be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
Assist with various projects as assigned by Property Manager
