About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Floating Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role supports multiple communities in the Addison area , assisting onsite teams with leasing, customer service, and operational support as needed. In this role, you will: · Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm · Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance · Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation · Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects · Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement · Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations · Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement · Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks · Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
Stable work history
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate

Nice To Haves

Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
