Apartment DSP
About The Position
Saratoga Bridges has an exciting position in our apartment program which supports adults with developmental disabilities in Clifton Park and Saratoga. We're looking for an energetic person who has great communication skills and pays attention to the details. One day you're helping someone food shop on a budget, another day you're taking someone on a doctor appointment. Motivating someone to clean their apartment, cook a healthy meal, or help a person get to a party are all part of this role. You may be helping someone learn money management or run a fire drill. This position includes some light on-call responsibilities for evenings and weekends. This is shared between a group of employees for individuals to call with questions or an emergency as these individuals do not usually have overnight staff. This is a 40-hour a week position from Tuesday through Saturday.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
