Apartment Housekeeper
About The Position
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of vacant apartments and community common areas. This role requires regular physical activity and the ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while following company standards, safety policies, and procedures. Requirements
- Knowledge of general housekeeping and cleaning practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and time management

Responsibilities
- Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-ins
- Maintain cleanliness of community common areas, including the leasing office, clubhouse, laundry facilities, and storage rooms
- Perform trash-outs and deep cleaning of vacated units as needed
- Assist with make-ready preparations as directed
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and according to company standards
- Work collaboratively with the on-site team to support property operations
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager
- Comply with WGA Legacy’s safety and risk-management policies
- Attend and participate in required safety meetings and training
- Complete OSHA and other required safety training
- Immediately report accidents, injuries, or incidents according to company procedures
- Remain current on all required training and meetings
