About The Position

Apartment Cleaner at Marsden Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to qualify for this position. You will be responsible for cleaning two apartment buildings located less than 10 minutes apart.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and current car insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable driving in winter conditions
• Pre-employment drug screen required
• THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
• Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Willing to consent to a background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic English proficiency required for safety

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms (including toilets and sinks)
• Maintain community rooms and common areas
• Empty and replace trash cans
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors
