About The Position

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, or related data management roles.
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, including vendor master modules.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and identify data anomalies.
Experience with SharePoint, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with tax ID codes, remittance addresses, and other key vendor information.
Analytical skills to work with multiple datasets.
Experience with financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyze vendor master data to identify potential duplicate vendors and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Assist with vendor master updates in the ERP system, including setup, modifications, inactivation, and corrections.
Monitor SharePoint for new vendor requests and modifications, ensuring timely review and processing.
Perform regular audits and validations to maintain data integrity.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enforce data governance policies and compliance requirements.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and streamline workflows.
Work closely with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Compliance, and IT teams to resolve vendor-related issues.
Act as a subject matter expert on vendor master data across ERP platforms.
Provide training and guidance on vendor master processes and data standards.
Utilize advanced reporting tools and ERP functionality to analyze vendor data trends.
Support system enhancements, testing, and upgrades related to vendor master data.
Develop dashboards and metrics to support data governance and operational transparency.
