We partner on public, institutional, and commercial projects and are experiencing continued growth going into 2026. We are seeking a highly organized AP / Purchasing Coordinator to support our accounting and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in growing within a construction or professional services environment. The AP / Purchasing Coordinator will support accounts payable and purchasing activities by preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, organizing receipts, and assisting with invoice processing. Construction experience is not required, but a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn is essential.
