About The Position

The AP Clerk/Bookkeeper will manage accounts payable, assist with general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, and support daily accounting functions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end close activities and journal entries
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and records
  • Support internal audits and reporting processes
