Requirements

  • Bookkeeping & Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Billing Support: Assist with private pay billing, cash posting, and follow-up on outstanding collections.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and supporting the management team.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Implement and maintain procedures for timely and appropriate record-keeping, billing, data management, and generating system reports.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all patient, employee, and company proprietary information.
