Triple Cities Metal Finishing is currently seeking a motivated Anodize Line Lead to join our team! As an Anodize Line Lead you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity through a hands-on approach. Specifically, the role focuses on training operators and laborers to set up, operate, and tend to plating tanks on an anodize line, as well as use our internal ERP system to track job progress. From advanced surface preparation to highly technical finishing processes, we can handle the smallest pieces to large parts over 30 feet long. Our three shifts of skilled professionals in our 125,000 square foot facility have made us the vendor of choice for metal finishing for Northeastern United States. Whether it is electroplating, electroless plating, wet paint, or powder coat, we finish it right the first time! Position Overview: Lead an Anodizing line, ensuring employees remain on task with high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards. Monitor production schedules to ensure job targets are met. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure all team members have the necessary supplies and tools to complete their jobs efficiently and plan ahead to ensure there are no gaps in production and/or down time. Review and interpret detailed work order instructions to guide the team in accurately masking parts according to specifications. Ensure work orders are followed meticulously to maintain high-quality standards. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications. Provide training for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies in the plating processes. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and continuous improvement. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
