About The Position
As a annuals and foliage sales associate, you will be the main point of contact for Echter's customers. You will have an opportunity to share your knowledge and passion for plants with fellow Coloradans wishing to add more beauty into their lives. The most essential responsibility of this position will be providing exceptional customer service and guiding shoppers through plant selection to care and upkeep for success. Annuals and foliage sales associates will work closely with the growing team to ensure plants are priced and stocked to the retail floor.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Able to lift 40 lbs. or more
- Able to work Saturdays & Sundays when necessary
