The Annual Fund Manager plays a key role in the development and execution of Springbrook’s annual fundraising strategy. This position leads the creation, implementation, and evaluation of annual fund plans; supports donor engagement; and strengthens partnerships with families and local businesses to advance fundraising goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional presence. Springbrook’s Foundation team works on a hybrid schedule, combining in-office and remote work. Candidates must have an adequate home-office setup and be able to report regularly to the office. The candidate must reside within Springbrook’s 14-county service region.
