About The Position
Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., is seeking part-time Animal Control Officers in Westminster, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enforcing local and state animal control laws and ordinances. This position involves responding to complaints regarding animals, investigating animal cruelty or neglect cases, capturing and impounding stray or dangerous animals, and educating the public on responsible pet ownership and safety. Job Requirements / Qualifications Animal Control Officer with 3+ years’ experience. This position is ideal for those with a passion for animal welfare and public service who are available to respond to animal-related calls during non-regular business hours. Humane Officer experience required. Humane enforcement, or a related field, and are looking to supplement their income with flexible, as-needed work.
