About The Position

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is a leading group of over 1,800 physicians in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., exclusively caring for Kaiser Permanente patients. This full-time Anesthesiology specialist position is located at the Tysons Corner Medical Center. MAPMG is physician-built and led, offering competitive salaries not based on individual services. Physicians are board-certified across 60+ specialties and utilize a comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) for coordinated care, focusing on long-term health, prevention, diagnosis, and effective treatment. The role involves a diverse case mix including Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, and EP, specifically excluding open hearts or Neurosurgery. Physicians can expect to work an average of 40-45 hours per week, with the annual salary based on a 40-hour week and options for additional pay or time off for extra hours. Requirements

MD or DO
Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia
Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services for Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, and EP cases.
