Works in collaboration with Licensed Staff/Anesthesia Staff. Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups. Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives in collaboration with other health team members. PROVISION OF SERVICES: Assists the R.N./Anesthesia Staff with implementation of an age appropriate plan of care through tasks routinely delegated by the R.N. and tasks delegated by the R.N./Anesthesia Staff based on patient's condition and the individual's skills. Assists the R.N./Anesthesia Staff to provide an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors and employees. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire or within 30 days of start date and maintain certification throughout employment. This must be obtained prior to providing patient care.
