Come Join the Team! - Technician I - Engineering (Non-Certified) position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Requirements

  • At least 1 year working experience in hospital engineering department preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Basic computer skills for Microsoft office, email and SharePoint access
  • High school diploma.
  • Trade or vocational experience recommended.
  • Current California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience in hospital or related equipment including responsibility of performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the hospital building, equipment, plant operations critical equipment and grounds equipment.
  • Has the responsibility to perform and record repairs on systems that may include but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building infrastructure.
  • Ability to perform daily rounds and follow-up on discrepancies, order material or supplies as needed.
  • Perform basic duties including painting, patching, changing toilets and faucets, replacing electrical outlets, ceiling tiles and light bulbs.
  • Maintain a clean work environment during repairs
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
