About The Position

Trinity Health Of New England is looking for am Anesthesia Tech to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators. Position Purpose This individual is expected to adhere to established procedures, performs a variety of duties necessary to maintain and prepare anesthesia equipment and supplies utilized by the Department of Anesthesia at MMC and FLC. The ideal candidate will display a drive to provide patient-centered experiences through scholarly scientific inquiry, compassion for the human spirit and mind, advocacy and education for the patient and families, and collaboration with all those who touch our patients. The candidate for this critical role also uses critical thinking skills to resolve complex procedural situations & ability to handle emergency high stress situations during high risk procedures. Requirements

  • Work requires the knowledge of theories, principals and concepts normally acquired through obtaining a high school diploma.
  • Basic understanding of Medical terminology.
  • One year diverse experience in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors inventory levels, orders and restocks supplies as necessary.
  • Maintains quality control data related to recording of items cleaned, supplies used, as well as broken and damaged items.
