This position is responsible for properly operating Slicer and Bacon Press and keeping the line supplied with product. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspects bellies.
Examines bellies for broken comb ends, bone chips, hair roots and foreign materials.
Loads bellies shoulder first, end to end on Slicer, as directed by leadership.
Starts and stops Slicer as necessary.
Cleans out Slicer when malfunctioning.
Replaces paper rolls on spindle when used up.
Threads paper into feed mechanism properly.
Cleans area and machine as prescribed by leadership.
Notifies Line Service Person, if low on pressed belly supply.
Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
