WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Supervise and Sell VIP Seat Upgrades, Priority Entry & various premium upgrade products & experiences to General Admission concert patrons every night Build strong relationships with VIP clients, VIP team and all internal departments Participate in all new hire processes including training Coordinate operations on night of shows with Ops Manager, servers, and security to ensure premium experiences are delivered. Responsible for nightly setup and breakdown of the entire VIP areas Maintain exemplary and professional grooming standards. Oversee the guest services team. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Required: Professional and customer service oriented Daytime and Nighttime Availability is a MUST Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information Must possess superior interpersonal communication Physical Demands/Working Environment: Working environment is fast paced, loud and stressful Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet Must be able to lift or move up to 45 lbs. using proper lifting techniques ---------- The expected compensation for this position is: $19.29 USD - $24.00 USD Hourly Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
