About The Position

HealthEZ is seeking an Ancillary Product Manager to oversee the product strategy, development and overall management of supplementary products and services that complement our health and benefit plans ensuring to meet client needs and regulatory requirements. What you will do Deeply understand the external market and customer needs to help prioritize product features. Conduct market research to assess member needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape; gather data, analyze feedback, and stay informed about industry changes. Collect both qualitative and quantitative data to track KPIs, measure outcomes, and leverage insights for data-driven decision-making. Use data to monitor product usage and provide informed recommendations for product improvements. Report to senior leadership on product health, member engagement, and the product roadmap. Develop a product strategy for HealthEZ’s portfolio of medical products, including but not limited to, Telemedicine, Disease Management, Surgery & Imaging Bundle, Medical Infusion Carve Out, and Consumer Health Care Accounts (CDH). Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, sales, account management, and member support) to ensure alignment on strategy, objectives, and timelines. Prioritize product features and manage release plans based on business needs. Support development teams by clarifying requirements, providing guidance, and helping to keep projects on track. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create sales collateral and assist with product demos. Assist sales teams with product clarification, RFP support, and presentations as needed. Help manage relationships with external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of products. Facilitate product changes across internal teams to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in a data-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong understanding of how micro features integrate with the broader product vision.
  • Comfortable with testing hypotheses and iterating based on results.
  • Experience launching innovative product solutions in the TPA or Health Plan space for self funded employers.
  • Ability to design and measure product performance from a financial and customer satisfaction perspective.
  • Data-driven decision-making in all aspects: customer understanding, roadmap prioritization, and success measurement.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, able to move from broad concepts to focused execution.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at varying stages of maturity.
