About The Position

Assignments will include teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels, as applicable. Teaching assignments may be on the main campus or at off-campus sites within our region. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor. Typical duties include but are not limited to: • Teaches undergraduate-level pre-health professions students • Performs grading and testing Other Duties: • Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Additional Job Description Required Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution with 18 credit hours in areas credentialed Preferred Qualifications: Doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution in Chiropractic Medicine (DC), Physical Therapy (DPT), Osteopathic Medicine (OD), Allopathic Physician (MD); Ph.D. in a related medical/science field Knowledge Skills & Abilities: All employees are expected to: Promote a common purpose consistent with stated University goals and demonstrate a commitment to students and the learning environment. Possess the knowledge of general written standards and procedures utilized, and have the ability to read, interpret, and follow procedural and policy manual related to the job tasks. Demonstrate the ability to respond to supervision, guidance, and direction in a positive, receptive manner and in accordance with stated policies. Provide quality customer service by creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Present a professional image in word, action, and attire. Ability to interact in a professional manner with staff, faculty, students and the community in a service-oriented environment. Apply effective techniques to create working relationships with others to achieve common goals; successfully communicates and collaborates with others to achieve goals. Demonstrate skills necessary to look at situations and processes critically to make recommendations for improvement. Requirements
