Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform inspection and repairs on Process analyzers and Sample systems. Perform preventive maintenance on all types of process analyzers. Capable of reading and understanding P&ID’S, PFD’S, and perform maintenance tasks using instrument loop sheets. Responsible for emergency call-out and rotating weekly on-call duty Always maintain and promote a safe work environment and follow Safe Work Practices established by TPC Group Maintain electronic and paper documentation for Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical Integrity tasks, and regulatory required calibrations. Requires strong relationship and frequent communications with the Environmental Team Use of all types of testing equipment Responsible for Preventive Maintenance on Gas Chromatographs (GC) Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of (GC) Siemens Maxum II, Applied Automation (Advanced Opti-Chrom) and Yokogawa GC1000 Mark II analyzers. Responsible for maintaining Continuous Emissions Monitor System (CEMS)Analyzer maintenance, calibration, and repair. Teledyne, ABB, COSA, etc. Calibration, repair, and maintenance of analytical instruments like O2, CO and Moisture analyzers
