About The Position

The Analytics Transformation Lead is an important part of the team responsible for developing, refining, and communicating the Huntington analytics strategy, for the monitoring of strategic initiatives, and for driving long term growth and competitive advantage with analytics. This role involves working closely with senior leadership across the enterprise to enhance our analytics organization, infrastructure, and capabilities to achieve organizational objectives. This leader should be equally comfortable with and conversant in technical subjects and business administration. This leader should be equally comfortable with and conversant in technical subjects and business administration. This leader reports to the Enterprise Analytics Transformation Director within the Enterprise Data Strategy and Analytics team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a STEM field or Business management discipline
• 5+ years of business experience in analytics, strategic planning, management consulting

Responsibilities

• Identify and ideate on data and analytics initiatives to meet customer needs
• Contribute to the data and analytics use case roadmap and lead change management efforts to incorporate analytics products into business processes
• Share insights with business segment stakeholders from analytics use cases, and iterate on future revisions and new use cases
• Conduct impact tracking for analytics projects corporate-wide
• Ensure that all Models, AI/ML Models and Tools, and User Developed Tools are appropriately documented and approved before use
• Coordinate, refine, and communicate the Enterprise analytics strategy and current book of work.
• Maintain Huntington’s strong risk culture through early identification, communication, and proactive management and mitigation of financial risks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
