DLG (Digital Luxury Group) is an international agency with offices in Geneva, Shanghai, and New York that offers social media, e-commerce, CRM, consulting, and creative services to luxury brands. It has developed a unique expertise in defining and implementing impactful digital strategies targeting sophisticated consumers through technological know-how, creativity, and luxury savoir-faire. DLG is also the publisher of Luxury Society, a trusted intelligence resource for luxury executives. We need a technical analytics expert for ongoing support across our luxury client portfolio. You'll handle implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of tracking infrastructure while building measurement frameworks and dashboards. Technical Implementation (50% of time): Set up and configure Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking Implement Facebook Pixel, CAPI, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag Configure server-side tracking (Stape.io) Set up cross-domain tracking and consent management (OneTrust) Handle Google Ads, Floodlights, and remarketing tags Troubleshooting & Support (25% of time): Debug tracking issues when things break Provide day-to-day Slack support during business hours Fix pixels not firing, data layer issues, conversion tracking problems Monitor data quality and flag anomalies Response time: 1-2 hours for critical issues Strategic Analytics (25% of time): Design measurement frameworks for luxury customer journeys Build Looker Studio dashboards for clients and internal teams Recommend analytics best practices Create documentation and training materials
