About The Position

Savant is seeking an Analytics Manager, Advisory Insights, to play a critical role in enabling data-driven decisions that strengthen our advisory teams and enhance the client experience. This is a hands-on, execution-focused analytics role responsible for producing accurate, trusted dashboards, reports, and analytical models that inform decision-making within the Advisory organization. This role is designed for a highly capable individual contributor who thrives in the data and details, while taking pride in analytical rigor. Success requires a strong commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and repeatability, with a clear understanding that trust in the data is a prerequisite to insight, strategy, and action. In the first 1-2 years, success is defined by restoring confidence in Advisory metrics and delivering reliable, decision-ready analytics that leadership can consistently depend on. While primarily execution-oriented, the role requires disciplined strategic thinking. Strategy shows up through thoughtful metric definition, sound modeling, and clear analytical framing – not through executive visibility or direct advisor management. This is not a CRM, systems, or IT role. It is a pure analytics role focused on precision, partnership, and enabling better business decisions through trusted data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, analytics, statistics, business intelligence or closely related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or similar function
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining dashboards and models end-to-end.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in data-driven analysis
  • Strong Business Intelligence and data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc)
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution bias
  • Comfortable influencing without authority
  • Clear, concise communicator of analytical outputs
  • Curious, disciplined, and resilient in ambiguous environments
  • Comfort in working with imperfect or evolving datasets.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services, professional services, or advisor experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models supporting Advisory leadership.
  • Own data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes prior to publishing any analytics.
  • Establish confidence in the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Advisory metrics.
  • Document assumptions, methodologies, and definitions to support transparency and repeatability.
  • Serve as a close partner to the Finance BI team, which owns data architecture, lakes, and marts.
  • Translate Advisory analytical needs into clear, actionable priorities for BI partners.
  • Help prioritize analytics work while respecting BI ownership of upstream data structure.
  • Act as a bridge between business questions and technical data solutions.
  • Develop analytical and scenario models to support forecasting, trade-off analysis, and trend identification.
  • Provide structured analytical support to the Advisor Leadership Team, enabling better-informed decisions.
  • Frame insights clearly and objectively, supporting leadership decisions without owning them.
  • Identify inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities within Advisory data.
  • Help standardize KPI definitions, reporting logic, and dashboard design across Advisory analytics.
  • Improve analytical hygiene and discipline across the organization through strong work products.
  • Contribute to the firm’s long-term analytical maturity through continuous improvement.
