YOUR MISSION: As our Analytics Engineer, you'll become the architect behind the scenes - the creator of semantic layers, trusted metrics, and automated workflows that help teams operate smarter and faster. This isn't a maintenance role. This is a make-things-better, build-what's-next, elevate-how-we-operate kind of role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Process Automation roles
  • Experience designing semantic models and working with enterprise reporting structures
  • Solid understanding of data concepts including governance, quality, and reporting best practices

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with SQL, DAX, and Power Query
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI in an enterprise environment
  • Experience using Power Automate, or similar process automation tools
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
  • Ability to combine traditional analytics and data engineering skills with emerging AI capabilities, including machine learning concepts and generative AI tools
  • Semantic modeling and analytics architecture
  • Data visualization and storytelling

Responsibilities

  • Analytics Engineering & Semantic Modeling: Build and maintain the semantic and structural foundation of our analytics ecosystem, ensuring scalable, governed, and consistent data for enterprise reporting.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development: Create intuitive, high‑impact Power BI dashboards and reporting experiences that improve usability, support self‑service analytics, and provide clear insights across departments.
  • Business Process Automation (Power Automate): Design and manage automated workflows that streamline operations, increase reliability, and eliminate manual inefficiencies throughout the organization.
