Requirements

Enrollment in a two-year or four-year degree program in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Ability to succeed in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
One year of IT-related experience

Responsibilities

Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
Assist in other projects and function as a resource for other team members.
Document and improve processes.
Assist in ingesting, cleaning, and transforming business data using SQL based transformation tools working towards certified data products and the overall company data maturity.
Perform data validation, governance, and ad-hoc reporting using the data warehouse & reporting tool to support business and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document data processes, maintain reporting templates, and communicate insights to stakeholder.
Participate in team meetings and discussions to gain exposure to manufacturing analytics at all stages spanning from raw to actionable insights.

Follow Environmental, Quality and Safety Management System procedures and requirements.
