About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an energetic & dynamic Analytics Consultant for our Legal Department willing to learn and conceptualize reporting and analytics in the Legal Business Intelligence team. This role is part of the Legal Intelligence & Analytics team , reporting to the Analytics Senior Manager. Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com. In this role, you will: Collaborate with team members and partners to develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards. Utilize AI tools to code, generate scripts, create prompts, and automate Business Intelligence processes. Utilize automation and technology for efficient and accurate reporting and dashboards. Consult with business line and enterprise functions on less complex research. Perform analysis of findings and trends using analysis and document process. Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies. Participate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting risk and capital objectives and other strategic goals. Collaborate and consult with more experienced consultants and with partners in technology and other business groups.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Copilot, Outlook, Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of A.I. and its application for research, insights, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex datasets into insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and sound judgment in analytical decision-making.
