Operates and maintains process on-line analyzers, sample systems, lab analytical equipment, and performs inspections and calibrations in a manner to meet operational needs in compliance with partnership and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
  • Level B requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
  • Level A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with our customer base.

Nice To Haves

  • PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
  • Strong fundamental math skills; able to understand simple chemistry and physical characteristics of hydrocarbon molecules.
  • Some college or technical trade school is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Installation, service, and troubleshooting for process and lab analytical equipment to support process units and storage facilities.
  • Perform periodic accuracy tests including the calibration, inspection and maintenance of all equipment related to quality determination.
  • Provide technical support for product quality issues.
  • Inspect and maintain all sample system related to on-line analyzers.
  • Communicating technical information across the organization including providing reports and information in a timely manner.
  • Collect Liquid/Gas samples in compliance with partnership safety and industry guidelines.
  • Actively participate in partnership safety program and initiatives.
