About The Position

Perform accurate and consistent sample analysis using analytical instruments and lab equipment. Prepare and maintain laboratory solutions, reagents, and chemical inventories. Manage laboratory supplies, consumables, and overall workflow efficiency. Communicate professionally with internal customers to support analytical and production needs. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment, including 12‑hour night shifts. Apply strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills when interpreting technical data. Identify, assess, and mitigate risk prior to making critical decisions. Utilize standard office software and job‑specific tools while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Requirements

• Comfort working in a high‑efficiency and technically dynamic environment
• Flexibility regarding responsibilities and shift assignments, including 12‑hour night shifts
• Strong motivation to learn and expand technical and analytical skill sets
• AS degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry or a related field (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering), or more than one year of prior laboratory experience
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risk when making critical decisions
• Proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret complex analytical data
