This is a hands-on, lab-based opportunity at our Princeton, NJ office—ideal for someone eager to grow their expertise while contributing to impactful bioanalytical work that fuels clinical trials worldwide.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field .
  • A solid understanding of bioanalytical laboratory processes .
  • Strong computer skills , including MS Word, Excel, and analytical software tools.
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment , supporting GxP‑compliant operations.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for scientific problem‑solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with chromatography software (a strong plus).

Responsibilities

  • Processing and analyzing biological samples using established procedures and SOPs.
  • Supporting method development and validation , helping shape new analytical approaches used in clinical research.
  • Documenting all analytical activities with precision to ensure regulatory accuracy and data integrity.
  • Contributing to the review and refinement of SOPs , driving continuous improvement.
  • Operating key analytical instruments and software , initiating analytical runs and monitoring results.
  • Troubleshooting bioanalytical issues , collaborating with senior scientists to identify solutions.
  • Integrating, reviewing, and refining data using specialized applications.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe laboratory environment , including waste management and equipment care.
  • Performing laboratory support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Upholding all corporate, divisional, and regulatory standards , with a commitment to quality and compliance.
