About The Position

Join our dynamic laboratory team supporting critical pharmaceutical clinical testing. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Biochemistry Laboratory Associate who thrives in a regulated environment, enjoys hands‑on bench work, and values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry or another science‑related field, and 3–4 years of directly related industry experience; OR
  • Master’s degree in biochemistry or another science‑related field, and 1–2 years of directly related industry experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Experience with biochemistry assays and techniques, including but not limited to:
  • Experience with ELISAs
  • Working with 96-well plates
  • Serial dilutions
  • Working with small volumes with multi-channel pipette

Responsibilities

  • Perform data collection and accurately document test results.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete daily laboratory tasks.
  • Review test data for compliance with quality standards; promptly report any anomalies.
  • Comply with all applicable regulatory and agency requirements.
  • Operate within a GMP‑regulated lab supporting clinical testing.
  • Participate in required training and maintain competency in assigned tasks.
  • Maintain laboratory supplies and support inventory control.
  • Complete test records and perform routine data review with high accuracy.
  • Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in both paper and electronic record systems.
  • Calibrate or verify calibration of instruments and equipment prior to use.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Assist with method validation activities when required.
  • Demonstrate strong scientific, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively, showing adaptability, initiative, and a positive attitude.
  • Learn new techniques efficiently, manage multiple tasks, maintain precise records, and adhere to company policies.
