About The Position

Job Description Gathers data and documents test results. Follows effective standard operating procedures to complete all job tasks. Reviews test results to ensure compliance with standards; reports any quality anomalies. Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements. Operate inside a GMP regulated lab space supporting pharmaceutical clinical testing. Participates in required training activities. Maintains laboratory supplies. Completes test records and reviews data. Follows good documentation practices in both paper logbooks and electronic systems. Calibrates or verifies calibration of instruments/devices prior to use. Interacts with outside customers or functional peer groups. May assist in validation of methods. Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills. Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptability, and a positive attitude. Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry or other science related degree concentration, or equivalent directly related experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with biochemistry assays and techniques, including but not limited to:
  • Experience with ELISAs
  • Working with 96 well-plates
  • Serial dilutions
  • Working with small volumes with multi-channel pipette
