About The Position

The Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and meeting inventory maintenance objectives. This role requires an advanced level of experience and knowledge to support the achievement of daily departmental goals, provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution, and mentor new employees.

Requirements

Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related business discipline preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of four years of warehousing and/or logistics-related experience
Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklift trucks, manlifts, and pallet jacks, as required

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related business discipline preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
Four or more years of demonstrated experience in warehousing and/or logistics operations

Responsibilities

Drive the achievement of departmental inventory objectives on a daily basis
Assign, maintain, and update warehouse location data
Complete inventory adjustments related to cycle counts and zero-out activities
Perform accurate data entry for inventory transactions
Develop, modify, and execute programs to support inventory transactions
Organize, clean, and maintain inventory records in accordance with record-retention standards
Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and reconcile variances, including completion of inventory adjustment documentation
File and maintain departmental records in accordance with record retention requirements
Reorganize and reconfigure warehouse stocking layouts as needed
