About The Position

This role plays a critical role in driving value creation across assigned workstreams. The role is accountable for supporting initiative development, tracking implementation progress, and contributing to PATAMI delivery in close collaboration with workstream leaders and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a numerical, analytical, or technical discipline such as Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • Experience in transformation, strategy, corporate planning, consulting, financial analysis, project management, or change management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Experience with data analytics, visualization, or programming tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Excel Macros
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
  • Demonstrated maturity, ownership mindset, and leadership presence
  • Strong execution discipline and project management capability
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and innovative problem solver
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Clear and effective communicator across technical, operational, and executive audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Post-graduate qualifications such as an MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Statistics, or Management are preferred
  • Relevant professional certifications are viewed favorably
  • Background in manufacturing, specialty chemicals, industrial, or asset-intensive environments is preferred
  • Experience working with senior leaders, steering committees, or boards is a strong advantage
  • International or multi-region experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic analyses of business value chains, processes, and financial drivers to identify performance gaps relative to transformation targets and industry best practices
  • Support and facilitate idea-generation workshops to identify value creation opportunities
  • Develop bankable business cases, including financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and sensitivity scenarios
  • Collaborate with Finance, Commercial & Sales, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to validate assumptions and expected benefits
  • Monitor and track initiative milestones, timelines, and benefits realization
  • Provide targeted analytical and execution support such as market analysis, dashboards, tools, templates, and financial modeling
  • Identify delivery risks and provide structured problem-solving support to initiative owners
  • Coach workstream teams in using the WAVE program management system to track progress and outcomes
  • Partner with Finance and workstream teams to track cash-in-bank realization
  • Support workstream leads in managing value creation pipelines and initiative portfolios
  • Facilitate site-level Transformation Office cadence meetings to review progress, address bottlenecks, and drive accountability
  • Provide analytical and planning support to line managers across performance improvement areas and key enablers
  • Coach nominated site champions in transformation disciplines to build sustainable execution capabilities
  • Act as a role model for transformation mindset, behaviors, and culture across Emery Group sites
  • Prepare and deliver transformation updates to senior leadership, steering committees, executive committees, and the Board
