Working closely with team members across the Global Trade organization, as well as other compliance and business functions, you will lead or be involved in projects involving data analysis, trade-compliance monitoring and testing, developing technology enhancements and automation, data analytics, business process mapping, records management, and executive reporting. Ability to identify necessary operational data sets, including data from SAP, to efficiently conduct trade-compliance related analyses. Study and use data to identify process gaps and recommend improvements that will increase efficiency and reduce compliance risk. Strong program management skills to support compliance initiatives. Define, scope, and document requirements through detailed project plans to lead/support key compliance and trade-focused initiatives. Perform routine trade compliance testing and monitoring, including scoping, selecting, executing testing, identifying root causes for any observations, and tracking remedial actions. Manage targeted compliance enhancement projects, including being able to understand and solution complex Trade compliance issues, in partnership with Trade Legal and other stakeholders, and implement solutions in collaboration with other internal stakeholders Provide oversight, coordinate across stakeholders, communicate progress, and manage escalations on projects. Create repeatable and documented processes to respond to frequent inquiries, and own implementation and ongoing support Help to develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and create and maintain data-driven dashboards that demonstrate key results.
