About The Position
At Walmart Inc, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Analyst to join our legal operations team. The ideal candidate brings strong communication abilities, sound judgment, and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in a paralegal role or law firm setting. Location: Onsite in Bentonville, AR Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
Requirements
- Strong Organizational and triage skills
- Attention to detail to ensure documents are accurately identified and routed correctly
- Written communication and basic legal terminology familiarity
- Time-management / multi-task since volume can fluctuate and deadlines may be strict
- Confidentiality for sensitive legal information
Responsibilities
- Manage and review a high-volume legal request inbox (approximately 400–600 emails daily)
- Assess incoming legal documents, including liens, garnishments, lawsuits, and workers’ compensation claims
- Accurately route requests to the appropriate legal specialists or departments
- Communicate with stores and internal attorneys to confirm receipt and ensure timely handling of requests
- Maintain organization and prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and professionalism in all communications
- Support overall efficiency and workflow of the legal operations team
