Leads the data management and reporting cadence for the Technical Training Operations team. Maintains the Technical Training database, including any required programming changes and access authorization. Responsibilities may include managing ongoing database migration projects to cloud services and or internal IS platforms. Sources and transforms raw data from various internal and external NNA and vendor systems required for use in Technical Training internal database and end-user reports. Develops and programs new reports as required including the identification of required data sources and the viability of the data. Composes all dealer facing Technical Training communications in the LMS and NNAnet. These communications will include new model and core course changes, training program changes, and other general informational announcements. Works with the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure new materials are added, older materials are reviewed for relevance (removing if necessary), and ensuring the system is functioning properly for our end-users. Responsible for managing on-site events including arranging for hotels, meals, shuttle cars, etc. for attendees. Additional responsibilities may include managing events for other groups that use the facility. Work with Management on the coordination of vehicle shipments to and from all training centers. This includes proper filing of digital forms and timely communication with Company Vehicles, on-site point of contacts and transportation companies. Nissan is committed to a drug-free workplace.
