About The Position

The simple task of buying software, services, or tools at work has become hopelessly complicated at even the most innovative companies in the world. Today, enterprises spend $120T+ per year globally (>30 times larger than annual consumer e-commerce spend) and rely on vendors more than ever before to run their businesses. Our cofounders started Zip in 2020 to address this seemingly intractable problem with a purpose-built procurement platform that provides a simple, consumer-grade user experience. Within the last 4 years, Zip has created a new category and developed the leading solution in this $50B+ TAM space. Today, the world’s leading companies like OpenAI, Snowflake, Anthropic, Coinbase, and Prudential rely on Zip to manage billions of dollars in spend. We have a world-class team coming from category-defining companies like Airbnb, Meta, Stripe, Salesforce, Apple, and Google. With a $2.2 billion valuation and $370 million in funding from Y Combinator, Tiger Global, BOND, DST Global, and CRV, we’re focused on developing cutting-edge technology, expanding into new global markets, and—above all–driving incredible value for our customers. Join us! Zip is looking for an analyst relation (AR) Program Coordinator to join as a contractor supporting our analyst relations function. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our AR program, coordinating analyst engagements, managing internal stakeholders, tracking projects, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role is about systems and stakeholder coordination. You'll make it possible for Zip to scale its AR program to new coverage areas and firms by handling the coordination, logistics, and program management that keeps the AR engine running. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives on making order out of chaos, and has a track record of getting busy people to do things on time (without having direct authority over them). You're the person who follows up, keeps trackers updated, and makes sure the right people are in the right room with the right materials.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
  • Track record of coordinating across busy stakeholders who don't report to you
  • Strong written communication skills—you'll represent AR to analysts and executives
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Self-directed and proactive; you see what needs doing and do it without being asked
  • Proficient in: Google Workspace, Slack, Excel/Sheets, calendar management
  • Comfortable working across timezones (US and EMEA)

  • B2B SaaS or enterprise software background
  • Familiarity with analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Spend Matters)
  • Procurement, finance, or enterprise software domain knowledge
  • Experience with using AI tools intelligently on sensitive tasks

Responsibilities

  • Maintain AR operations: update relationship trackers, interaction logs, and program metrics
  • Schedule analyst interactions end-to-end: coordinate attendees, send invites, confirm logistics across timezones
  • Track project timelines for white papers, quadrants, RFIs, and briefings
  • Wrangle GMs, PMs, and PMMs to participate in analyst briefings and inquiries
  • Own the prep process: ensure the right people have the right materials at the right time
  • Monitor analyst firm portals (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) for deadlines, new research, and inquiry opportunities
  • Research and profile new analysts for relationship expansion
  • Track competitor mentions in analyst content and flag relevant intel
  • Draft routine analyst correspondence: scheduling emails, logistics, AR newsletter
