Requirements

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in logistics or production environment in a manufacturing industry; Automotive industry would be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the field of data management would be an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage complexity
  • Collaborative team-player with strong interpersonal skills able to work at each hierarchical level of the company
  • Understanding of Production environment and affinity to work with complex IT-Systems
  • Proven experience with Power BI and data models would be advantage

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and enforcement of technical changes and product measures (development orders, program items, change requests, change controls, deviation approvals)
  • Implementation milestone responsibility for purchased parts of the BRUV and CPUP vehicles for assembly, body shop, paint
  • Preparation and documentation of new parts meetings with the departments involved
  • Supporting introduction of new Systems and processes within pre-series logistics / logistics
  • Assist with review of technical documents, bill of materials entries and checking for plausibility and completeness. After coordination with technical development, initiate appropriate corrections in the source systems.
  • Tracking of complaints from the "technical offices", JIT/ purchase parts areas and planning, as well as initiation and development of measures for solution and correction
  • Manual correction of the Bill of materials in the event of missing or faulty BOM items
  • Participation in specialist group meetings, including representation and justification of logistical concerns
  • Support by testing vehicle BOM of planned pre-series vehicles (VFF, PVS, 0 series) against the technical logistical BOM
  • Analyse vehicle-specific issues for pre-series vehicles
